I am not sure which series fits my project. Where do I start?
Visit the cooling tower product overview page or use the five-series selector cards on the homepage. If you are still unsure after reviewing, contact Engineer Wang via WhatsApp — share your flow range and primary constraint, and one conversation is usually enough to narrow it down.
I need a quotation. What should I prepare?
Send your design flow rate, inlet/outlet temperatures, and installation constraints. The engineer will reply within 24 hours with a selection recommendation and budget range. You do not need everything ready at once — missing parameters will be confirmed through follow-up conversation.
My cooling tower has broken down and I need urgent technical support. What should I do?
Contact Engineer Wang directly via . If possible, send a photo of the equipment nameplate and the fault symptom — this helps the engineer identify the problem faster and reduces back-and-forth.
Does COOLTEK serve projects outside Vietnam?
COOLTEK's primary service area is industrial park projects within Vietnam. For projects outside Vietnam, we can supply equipment and technical documentation, but on-site installation support requires a feasibility assessment based on the specific location. Feel free to contact the engineer to discuss your project.
Can COOLTEK's technical proposal be used for internal review?
Yes. After confirming the physical boundary conditions, COOLTEK engineers can provide a formal technical proposal including selection rationale, key parameter comparisons, budget range, and installation constraint notes — formatted for internal technical review or procurement approval.
