COOLTEK · About Us

Your factory's cooling system in Vietnam,
managed by engineers based in Hai Phong

We don't sell "universal cooling towers" because Vietnam has no "universal operating conditions." Five distinct physical structures, each engineered for a specific constraint.

Who We Are

An industrial cooling tower
manufacturer rooted in Hai Phong

COOLTEK is a cooling tower manufacturer registered in Hai Phong City (Phuong Luu Kiem, TP Hai Phong), Vietnam. Our legal entity name is CONG TY TNHH THIET BI LAM MAT COOLTEK, Tax ID: 0202344532.

Our scope is straightforward: we supply five physically distinct cooling tower types to factories and commercial buildings across Vietnam's 478 industrial zones — each designed to address one of five specific engineering constraints: tower replacement, noise compliance, space limitations, zero-fan-power operation, and process water isolation.

We don't manufacture "general-purpose" cooling towers, because Vietnam has no "general-purpose" operating conditions. Coastal sites deal with salt spray. Inland industrial zones face rising EVN electricity tariffs. Factories adjacent to residential areas must comply with nighttime noise limits tightened to 45 dBA. These are not special client requests — they are the default inputs we design every unit around.

How We Work

Three Engineering Principles

Every performance claim is bound to a measurable physical parameter.

Solve problems with physical structure, not adjectives

We don't sell "high-efficiency energy-saving towers." We sell "crossflow gravity water distribution, 4–6 kPa lower head loss than counterflow, which at EVN's 2,204 VND/kWh tariff continuously translates into pump energy savings." Every performance claim is bound to a measurable physical parameter.

Complete critical manufacturing in the factory, not on-site

FRP shell forming, coil welding, turbine assembly — the processes that determine equipment lifespan are all completed at our Hai Phong factory, not assembled on-site. Every unit undergoes hydrostatic and airflow testing before shipment, with test records delivered with the unit.

Tell clients when they should not buy our product

We won't blindly promise LHRD energy savings without confirming system residual pressure (minimum 36 kPa required). We won't recommend the expensive AWA closed-circuit tower to applications with no process water isolation requirement. Clear boundaries are the foundation of long-term partnerships.

Boundaries Build Trust

What We Don't Do

Disclosing our boundaries is how we build long-term relationships with clients.

No unverified energy-saving claims

LHRD turbine drive requires system residual pressure ≥ 36 kPa. We will not make any energy-saving commitment before confirming this pressure.

No closed-circuit towers for standard applications

AWA energy consumption is 1.5–2× that of an equivalent open-circuit tower. Without a process water isolation requirement, an open-circuit tower offers better value — we'll say so directly.

No adjectives substituting for parameters

"Efficient," "energy-saving," "superior" do not appear in our technical documents. Every performance claim corresponds to a measurable physical quantity.

No critical manufacturing on-site

FRP shell forming, coil welding and other critical processes must be completed in a controlled factory environment. On-site work is limited to installation and commissioning — not manufacturing remediation.

Full Lifecycle Service

What happens after
you become a COOLTEK client

Week 1

Confirm Physical Constraints

Engineers confirm flow rate, inlet/outlet temperature differential, installation space, and system residual pressure. A selection calculation sheet covering heat load matching and head loss is issued.

Weeks 3–4

Factory Manufacturing & Pre-Shipment Testing

FRP shell forming, coil welding, and turbine assembly are completed at the Hai Phong factory. Every unit undergoes hydrostatic and airflow testing before shipment, with test records delivered with the unit.

Week 5

On-Site Installation & Commissioning

Engineers attend on-site for installation and commissioning, and deliver a Periodic Inspection Checklist — with actionable items such as whether distribution nozzles are blocked (LHR) and coil external scale thickness (AWA).

Years 1–15

Long-Term Spare Parts & System Upgrades

Ongoing spare parts supply and system upgrade recommendations. The COOLTEK engineering team remains reachable throughout the equipment's service life.

Talk directly to an engineer

You don't need to fill out a form, wait for a sales handoff, then wait again for an engineer. At COOLTEK, you can reach the engineer responsible for your project directly through the channels below.

Tell us your operating conditions.
We'll tell you which tower fits.

Flow rate, installation space, noise limits, system residual pressure — four parameters, and we can provide a clear selection recommendation within 24 hours.
